باستخدامك منصة Vooo وتطبيقيها (Vooo Menu و Vooo Shop)، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. يُرجى قراءتها بعناية.By using the Vooo platform and its apps (Vooo Menu and Vooo Shop), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

١. طبيعة الخدمة1. Nature of the service

Vooo منصة تسويقية تربط العملاء بالمتاجر ومقدمي الخدمات. Vooo ليست طرفاً في أي معاملة تتم بين العميل والمتجر، ولا تتحمّل مسؤولية جودة المنتجات أو الخدمات المعروضة.Vooo is a marketing platform connecting customers with shops and service providers. Vooo is not a party to any transaction between a customer and a shop, and is not responsible for the quality of the products or services offered.

٢. الحسابات والتسجيل2. Accounts & registration

• يجب تقديم بيانات صحيحة ومحدّثة عند التسجيل.You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
• أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات دخولك ونشاط حسابك.You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for your account's activity.

٣. التزامات أصحاب الأعمال3. Business obligations

• عرض منتجات وخدمات مشروعة ومطابقة للوصف.List only lawful products and services that match their description.
• تقديم مستندات صحيحة (مثل البطاقة الضريبية والسجل التجاري) عند الطلب.Provide valid documents (such as tax card and commercial register) when required.
• الالتزام بالقوانين المعمول بها في التعامل مع العملاء.Comply with applicable laws when dealing with customers.

٤. الاستخدامات المحظورة4. Prohibited uses

يُحظر استخدام المنصة في أي نشاط غير قانوني، أو نشر محتوى مضلّل أو مسيء، أو انتهاك حقوق الآخرين، أو محاولة الإضرار بالخدمة.You may not use the platform for any unlawful activity, to post misleading or offensive content, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to harm the service.

٥. الإعلانات والمدفوعات5. Ads & payments

الإعلانات المموّلة خدمة اختيارية بمقابل تحدده عند الإنشاء. تخضع الحملات لمراجعة Vooo وقد تُرفض إذا خالفت هذه الشروط.Premium ads are an optional paid service priced at creation. Campaigns are subject to Vooo's review and may be rejected if they violate these terms.

٦. الملكية الفكرية6. Intellectual property

علامة Vooo وتصميم المنصة مملوكان لنا. يظل المحتوى الذي ترفعه (كاللوجو والصور) ملكك، وتمنح Vooo ترخيصاً لعرضه داخل المنصة.The Vooo brand and platform design are owned by us. Content you upload (such as logos and photos) remains yours, and you grant Vooo a license to display it within the platform.

٧. إخلاء المسؤولية وحدودها7. Disclaimers & liability

تُقدَّم الخدمة "كما هي". لا تتحمّل Vooo مسؤولية أي أضرار غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام المنصة أو التعاملات بين المستخدمين، في حدود ما يسمح به القانون.The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Vooo is not liable for any indirect damages arising from use of the platform or dealings between users.

٨. إنهاء الحساب8. Termination

يجوز لنا تعليق أو إنهاء أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط، ويمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت.We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, and you may delete your account at any time.

٩. القانون المطبّق9. Governing law

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية.These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
